Assistant Store Manager

Part Time: Up to 20 hours/week, flexible weekly schedule, Saturdays required

Compensation: $22.50/hour 

​

Are you passionate about reuse, sustainability, and community impact? We are seeking a dependable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead the operations of our mission-driven retail store.

​

In this hands-on role, you will support store operations, oversee donation intake, coordinate volunteers, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and back-of-house area, cashiering, processing and pricing donated goods, and creating attractive merchandise displays. You will also manage, schedule, and support volunteers who are essential to our success.

The ideal candidate has retail or customer service experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift and move donated items. Experience in retail, thrift, and/or volunteer-driven environments is a plus. If you are reliable, adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to help create dynamic vintage shopping experience, we encourage you to apply. Flexible part-time schedule; Saturday availability required.
